Frank uses the Worth Ross as its HOA Management Company. The HOA portal, powered by Vantaca has the following benefits for owners:
- Make and manage HOA payments and request billing statements
- Receive communications and updates from the board
- Submit service and maintenance requests
- Notify the HOA of move-ins and move-outs via "Requests"
- Download owner-relevant docs like governance docs, association manuals, insurance, financials and more.
For Building Access | Owners & Tenants
ButterflyMX App
Frank uses the ButterflyMX system to manage building access. This includes a digital callbox on at the Floor 1 Lobby and P1 Parking Garage. ButterflyMX has the following benefits at Frank:
- Badge access: Fobs to access the building and amenity areas like the co-working space and the gym
- P3 Secured Parking Garage Entry: Access to secured parking on P3 via a windshield sticker
- Speak to and grant access to visitors: Buzz in visitors or food/grocery driver drivers.
- Manage your door access PIN and other various remote access controls
Package Receiving | For Owners & Tenants
LuxerOne App
LuxerOne manages the receiving of packages and parcels from various carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon Delivery. The LuxerOne App has the following benefits:
- Access the package room in the lobby of Frank Resident's Lobby near the mailroom
- Be notified and reminded when a carrier delivers a package to you
- Securely store your packages
Frank gave FedEx/UPS ButterflyMX codes for mailroom access; Amazon uses Amazon Key for first-floor entry.
